GKN plc Transfer of Treasury Shares GKN plc (the `Company') announces that the following ordinary shares of 10peach were transferred out of treasury to satisfy the exercise of options byparticipants of the GKN Sustainable Earnings Plan Scheme 2012 on 3 March 2015and 4 March 2015 respectively: 115,668 ordinary shares of nil cost options 2,792,808 ordinary shares of nil cost options Following the above transfers of treasury shares, the Company holds 14,430,879ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue(excluding treasury shares) is 1,646,098,980.
