Treasury Shares
IS Solutions plc (the "Company") announces that it proposes to publish its interim results for the 6 month period to 30 June 2008 on 30 September 2008 (the "Results").
In addition, the Company announces that it has irrevocably authorised Brewin Dolphin Limited to purchase, at its entire discretion, up to 500,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of up to 22p per ordinary share during the two month period prior to the publication of the Results. Any shares purchased by Brewin Dolphin Limited pursuant to such authority will utilise the Company's existing authority for the purchase of its own shares and will be held by the Company as treasury shares.
