ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on February 14th, 2011 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

22000 ordinary shares at 25 pence per share.

8290 ordinary shares at 27 pence per share.

3000 ordinary shares at 28 pence per share.

11600 ordinary shares at 51 pence per share.

21500 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share.

2500 ordinary shares at 136 pence per share.

14670 ordinary shares at 246.5 pence per share.

11257 ordinary shares at 335 pence per share.

4700 ordinary shares at 375 pence per share.

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 297,542 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,343,758,154.
