ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on June 9th, 2010 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

2625 ordinary shares at 246.5 pence per share

1250 ordinary shares at 136 pence per share

26973 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share

28485 ordinary shares at 65 pence per share

14951 ordinary shares at 50 pence per share

16364 ordinary shares at 47 pence per share

30692 ordinary shares at 25 pence per share

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 28,509,203 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,315,546,493
