TRANSFER OF SHARES HELD IN TREASURY Halma p.l.c. announces that on 15 February 2008 it transferred 9,662 ordinaryshares held by the Company in Treasury in satisfaction of awards to a formeremployee of the Halma Group under the provisions of the Company's PerformanceShare Plan.
