The Company announces that following the transfer of 12,617 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account pursuant to options being exercised under the Executive Share Option Scheme, the number of `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each in issue is 33,405,317 of which 1,169,067 (3.50%) are Treasury Shares.
