ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on February 12th, 2010 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

7500 Ordinary shares at 136 pence per share

12375 Ordinary shares at 125 pence per share

8500 Ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share

4125 Ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share

2500 Ordinary shares at 100.5 pence per share

6496 Ordinary shares at 70 pence per share

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 38,120,713

Ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,305,934,983.
