Transfer of Treasury Shares

ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on December 02nd, 2010 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

 3729 ordinary shares at 335 pence per share.

 30767 ordinary shares at 125 pence per share.

1000 ordinary shares at 100.5 pence per share

25000 ordinary shares at 25 pence per share

3000 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share

21601 ordinary shares at 110.4 pence per share

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 21,873,022

ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,322,182,674.
