ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on June 4th, 2010 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

18602 ordinary shares at 246.5 pence per share

25000 ordinary shares at 132.5 pence per share

27523 ordinary shares at 125 pence per share

15500 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share

15000 ordinary shares at 94.75 pence per share

8000 ordinary shares at 25 pence per share

60000 ordinary shares at 22 pence per share

7000 ordinary shares at 19 pence per share

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 28,799,870 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,315,255,826
