ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on February 17th, 2010 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

1875 ordinary shares at 136 pence per share

32639 ordinary shares at 132.5 pence per share

111250 ordinary shares at 125 pence per share

18000 ordinary shares at 118.5 pence per share

118000 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share

3250 ordinary shares at 100.5 pence per share

50000 ordinary shares at 28 pence per share

400 ordinary shares at 81 pence per share

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 36,674,986

Ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,307,380,710
