Inchcape PLC13 June 2006 13 June 2006 INCHCAPE PLC Share re-purchase programme Inchcape plc ("the Company") announces that on 12 June 2006, it purchased200,000 ordinary shares of 25p each. The maximum price paid was 429.73p andthe minimum price paid was 428.46p. The Company intends to hold these shares in treasury. Since the Company started buying back shares on 15 April 2005, it has acquired17,786,561 ordinary shares. Following the purchase of these shares the Companyholds 17,786,561 of its shares in treasury and has 463,380,163 shares in issue(excluding treasury shares).
