4000 ordinary shares at 37 pence per share.

5000 ordinary shares at 47 pence per share.

5000 ordinary shares at 50 pence per share.

20000 ordinary shares at 55 pence per share.

40000 ordinary shares at 58 pence per share.

35023 ordinary shares at 65 pence per share.

4000 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share.

2000 ordinary shares at 94.75 pence per share.

2000 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share.

8100 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share.

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 25,339,582 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,318,716,114.
