Amlin plc TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES Amlin plc ("Amlin") announces that on 31 October 2008 it transferred fromtreasury to participants in its employee share option scheme(s), the followingnumbers of its ordinary shares of 28.125 pence each ("ordinary shares"): 4,468 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 152.85 pence per share; and 6,582 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 161.77 pence per share.
