ARM Holdings PLC12 December 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 12 December' 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of employees' share scheme allotments: 3750 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 74,681 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share 46,754 ordinary shares at 22.00 pence per share 620 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 5,620 ordinary shares at 56.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 60,510,640ordinary shares as treasury shares.
