The Company announces that following the transfer of 3,170 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account to the Employee Save as You Earn Scheme, the issued share capital for the `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,069,156 of which 354,948 (1.06%) are treasury shares.
