ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on June 7th, 2010 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

42411 ordinary shares at 246.5 pence per share

2500 ordinary shares at 136 pence per share

28625 ordinary shares at 125 pence per share

4000 ordinary shares at 118.5 pence per share

15000 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share

2500 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share

625 ordinary shares at 100.5 pence per share

6000 ordinary shares at 47 pence per share

4000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share

20000 ordinary shares at 22 pence per share

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 28,674,209ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,315,381,487
