GKN plc Transfer of Treasury Shares GKN plc (the `Company') announces that on 3 October 2014, 335,378 ordinaryshares of 10p each were transferred out of treasury to satisfy the exercise ofa nil cost option by a participant of the GKN Long Term Incentive Plan 2004. Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 18,706,464ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue(excluding treasury shares) is 1,641,823,395.
