Re-issue of Treasury Shares Pursuant to Rule 9.6.4 of the Irish Listing Rules and Rule 12.6.4 of the UKListing Rules, Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. has today re-issued 25,500 ordinaryshares, currently held as Treasury shares, to participants in the AIB GroupShare Option Scheme. The re-issue prices were €10.02, €11.98 and €13.30 pershare. Following today's re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as Treasuryshares is 37,344,329.
