DCC PLC31 July 2006 Treasury Shares DCC plc announces that on 31 July 2006, 3,000 shares were transferred out of theCompany's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options underthe DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme. The subscription price paid forthese shares was €10.38 per share. DCC now has a total of 79,968,015 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and8,261,389 shares held in treasury.
