DCC PLC13 September 2005 Treasury Shares DCC plc announces that on 13 September 2005, 3,391 shares were transferred outof the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of optionsunder the DCC Sharesave Scheme 2001. The subscription prices paid for theseshares ranged from €8.79 to €12.63. DCC has a total of 88,229,404 shares in issue, of which 7,807,963 shares are nowheld in treasury.
