DCC PLC03 June 2005 Treasury Shares DCC plc announces that on 3 June 2005, 7,500 shares were transferred out of theCompany's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options underthe DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme. The subscription price paid forthese shares was €10.95 per share. DCC has a total of 88,229,404 shares in issue, of which 7,864,615 shares are nowheld in treasury.
