Treasury Shares - Transfers
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Filtrona plc announces that on 14 April 2011 a transfer of 6,386 shares from Treasury took place to satisfy maturing share options under the Company's Sharesave plan.
Following the transfers Filtrona plc has a total of 12,376,122 ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of 206,950,673 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
