Treasury Shares - Transfers

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Filtrona plc announces that it has been notified today of a transfer of 6,587 shares from Treasury took place to satisfy share options under the Company's executive share incentive plan.

Following the transfers Filtrona plc has a total of 9,615,493 ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of 209,711,302 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
