Treasury Shares - Transfers

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Filtrona plc announces that it has been notified today of a transfer of 52,031 shares from Treasury took place to satisfy share options under the Company's executive share incentive plan.

Following the transfers Filtrona plc has a total of 9,555,164 ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of 209,771,631 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
