Treasury Shares - Transfers

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Filtrona plc announces that it has been notified of a recent transfer of 35,372 shares from Treasury which took place to satisfy share options under the Company's executive share incentive plan.

Following the transfers Filtrona plc has a total of 10,778,598 ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of 208,548,197 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
