Treasury Shares - Transfers

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Filtrona plc announces that it has been notified that a transfer of 76,560 shares from Treasury took place to satisfy share options under the Company's Executive performance share plan and the Company's Sharesave plan

Following the transfers Filtrona plc has a total of 11,331,402 ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of 207,995,393 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
