Treasury Shares - Transfers

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Filtrona plc announces that it has been notified that on 14 June 2012 of a transfer of 19,894 shares from Treasury to satisfy share options under the Company's executive share incentive plan.

Following the transfers Filtrona plc has a total of 9,299,643 ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of 210,027,152 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
