Treasury Shares - Transfers

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Filtrona plc announces that it has been notified of a recent transfer of 5,704 shares from Treasury to satisfy share options under the Company's sharesave and executive share incentive plan.

Following the transfers Filtrona plc has a total of 9,285,990 ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of 210,040,805 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
