Treasury Shares - Transfers

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Filtrona plc announces that it has been notified that on 22 November 2011 a transfer of 13,803 shares from Treasury took place to satisfy share options under the Company's executive share incentive plan.

Following the transfers Filtrona plc has a total of 10,555,038 ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of 208,771,757 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
