Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, on 24th March 2009 Regus plc (the 'Company') re-issued 1,365,757 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Co-Investment Plan and the Regus plc Long Term Incentive Plan at nil cost.
Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 3,695,211.
As at close of business yesterday, the Company had 947,274,611 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
