DCC PLC12 June 2006 Treasury Shares DCC plc announces that on 12 June 2006, 8,000 shares were transferred out of theCompany's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options underthe DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme. The subscription prices paid forthese shares ranged from €6.22 to €8.19. DCC has a total of 88,229,404 shares in issue, of which 7,488,178 shares are nowheld in treasury.
