DCC PLC30 June 2006 Treasury Shares DCC plc announces that on 30 June 2006, 260,000 shares were transferred out ofthe Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of optionsunder the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme. The subscription pricespaid for these shares ranged from €6.22 to €10.38. DCC has a total of 88,229,404 shares in issue, of which 8,266,489 shares are now held in treasury.
