DCC plc announces that on 2 February 2010, 48,558 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme and the DCC Sharesave Scheme 2001. The subscription prices paid for these shares ranged from €10.25 to €16.70.

DCC now has a total of 82,830,347 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 5,399,057 shares held in treasury.
