Regus Group PLC01 October 2007 Regus Group plc Treasury Shares Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, Regus Group plc (the "Company") has today re-issued 68,457 ordinary shares currently held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus Group Share Option Plan. The re-issue price was between £1.2575 and £1.265. Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 6,394,702. As at close of business today, the Company had 978,396,822 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
