Treasury Shares
DCC plc announces that on 18 July 2008, 39,026 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme and the DCC Sharesave Scheme 2001. The subscription prices paid for these shares ranged from €6.22 to €12.75 per share.
DCC now has a total of 81,394,574 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 6,834,830 shares held in treasury.
