Regus Group PLC14 September 2007 Regus Group plc Treasury Shares Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, Regus Group plc (the "Company") has today re-issued 146,842 ordinary shares currently held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus Group Share Option Plan. The re-issue price was between £1.34 and £1.3475. Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 6,563,159. As at close of business today, the Company had 978,228,365 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
