Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, on 20th April 2009 Regus plc (the 'Company') re-issued 29,425 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Long Term Incentive Plan at nil cost. 

Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 2,721,314.

As at close of business on 20th April 2009, the Company had 948,248,508 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
