Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, on 21st April 2009 Regus plc (the 'Company') re-issued 105,923 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Long Term Incentive Plan at nil cost. 

Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 2,615,391.

As at close of business on 21st April 2009, the Company had 948,354,431 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
