DCC PLC24 November 2006 Treasury Shares DCC plc announces that on 24 November 2006, 32,319 shares were transferred outof the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of optionsunder the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme and the DCC Sharesave Scheme2001. The subscription prices paid for these shares ranged from €8.79 to €12.63. DCC now has a total of 80,229,198 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and8,000,206 shares held in treasury.
