DCC plc announces that on 27 May 2010, 27,980 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme and the DCC Sharesave Scheme 2001. The subscription price paid for these shares ranged from €11.25 to €12.63 per share.

DCC now has a total of 83,033,039 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 5,196,365 shares held in treasury.
