DCC PLC31 May 2006 Treasury Shares DCC plc announces that on 31 May 2006, 14,000 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme. The subscription price paid for these shares was €6.22 per share. DCC has a total of 88,229,404 shares in issue, of which 7,496,178 shares are now held in treasury.
