Treasury Shares
Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, Regus plc (the "Company") has today re-issued 500,000 ordinary shares currently held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Share Option Plan. The re-issue price was between £0.898 and £0.917. Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 1,076,498. As at close of business today, the Company had 949,893,324 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
