DCC PLC26 July 2007 Treasury Shares DCC plc announces that on 26 July 2007, 1,387 shares were transferred out of theCompany's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options underthe DCC Sharesave Scheme 2001. The subscription price paid for these shares was€12.63 per share. DCC now has a total of 80,415,062 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and7,814,342 shares held in treasury.
