TREASURY DEALING AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Avation PLC, (LSE: AVAP) the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, has purchased through the market into treasury 100,000 shares at a price of 132p.

This purchase brings the total number of shares in treasury 3,415,456. The Company may in due course eventually deal in treasury shares or cancel them if it so elects. There are a total of 55,663,727 ordinary shares in issue in the Company. For the purposes of calculating percentage Voting Rights shareholders may use the number 52,248,271 as the relevant total number of Voting Rights.
