Sportech PLC20 December 2006 Voting rights and capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 theBoard of Sportech plc ("the Company") announces that, as at the date of thisannouncement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 592,074,138ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5p each, with voting rights ("OrdinaryShares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rightsis 592,074,138.
