Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Micro Focus International plc's capital consists of 204,678,569 ordinary shares with voting rights. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Micro Focus International plc is 204,678,569.

The above figure (204,678,569) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Micro Focus International plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
