Further to its announcement on 30 July 2021, RTW Venture Fund Limited expects the admission of its ordinary shares to listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Premium Segment of the London Stock Exchange to become effective at 8:00am tomorrow, 6 August 2021.
