TRANSFER TO A PREMIUM LISTING

C&C Group plc (the "Company" and with its subsidiaries, "C&C" or the "Group") announces the approval by the UK Listing Authority of the transfer of the listing category of 344,878,299 of its ordinary shares from the standard listing segment to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, in accordance with Listing Rule 5.4A (the "Transfer"). The Transfer will take effect at 8.00 a.m. today.
