TRANSFER TO A PREMIUM LISTING

BCA is pleased to announce the approval by the UK Listing Authority of the transfer of the listing category of all of its ordinary shares from a standard listing (shares) to a premium listing (commercial company) on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority in accordance with Listing Rule 5.4A of the Listing Rules (the "Transfer"). The Transfer will take effect at 8.00 a.m. today.

The Board is delighted that, after 70 years as a trading company, BCA has reached this next landmark stage of its development. The Board is confident that the Company is well placed to continue to deliver its strategic and financial objectives.

The Board would especially like to thank BCA's employees, customers and shareholders who have supported the Company throughout the many years of its trading to become the largest Automotive Services business and Auto exchange in Europe.
