TRANSFER TO A PREMIUM LISTING (CLOSED-ENDED INVESTMENT FUND)

Third Point Offshore Investors Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the approval by the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA") of the transfer of the listing category of all of its ordinary shares from a Standard Listing to a Premium Listing (Closed-Ended Investment Fund) on the official list of the UKLA, in accordance with Rule 5.4A of the Listing Rules (the "Transfer"). The transfer was approved by shareholder vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting (the “EGM”) held on 31 August 2018 and is the latest action taken by the Company to improve liquidity for shareholders. The Company also recently cancelled 2,500,000 outstanding shares which resulted in an increase in the Company’s Net Asset Value (“NAV”) per share of approximately 19 cents.

The Transfer will take effect at 8.00 a.m. today.
